After trying over 20 facilities through ClassPass over the last 2 years, I have finally found a gym that has it all. Before, I would go to a rower class, a weight lifting class, a barre class, a yoga class, and a sports recovery center for IR sauna and just rotate through them week to week.
I hesitate to leave this review because I don’t want to let the secret out about Hotworx but it is just too amazing not to share!! Where to begin? There are a variety of workouts from cardio (cycling, rowing etc.) to isometric (yoga, Pilates, etc.).
I cannot say enough positive things about this location. I just did my first hot yoga class and it was incredible. The instructor made me feel so comfortable and kept it front of mind that “I’m here for me today.
The health benefits of the infrared sauna even without the workout are so nice that I go there sometimes just to unwind. The price for a private infrared sauna appointment anywhere else is way more expensive than this monthly unlimited access membership that includes so much more.

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
