AMAZING experience at the Hotworx. Took a wonderful hot pilates workout and it kicked my butt in the best way possible. The heat it the rooms is perfect (very relaxing like a sauna). Not to mention the front desk attendant Kayleigh was very polite and attentive, she made sure my room was clean and ready for me.
I just want to say, I stopped in to inquire about a membership. Honestly customer service is so hard to come by these days, And I was assisted by a very nice, friendly young lady Rachel. She was so polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and even after all of my questions....
Today I went in for a free session and absolutely loved the energy from Rachel. She gave me a tour and provided all the helpful information a beginner would need. My session was great... everything was set up and the process was quick and easy.
This was my first time using a fitness studio like this one and it was such an amazing experience!! Rachel is literally the sweetest angel she was so informative while showing me around, she definitely left a great impression on me! 10/10 will totally bring some friends with me next time. Thank you Rachel!!

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand.
