Love YogaSix, and my 5:30 hot classes with Lizzy are amazing! She’s attentive, kind, and gives wonderful micro suggestions to help you ease into poses just a little deeper! I also love the Sculpt and Flow classes with Lisa; and Remy is the best.
This morning, I took a slow flow yoga class, and it was exactly what I needed. Although yoga is always a challenge for me personally, this class was both accessible and stimulating. Alicia provided helpful modifications for poses where I needed extra support, as well as options to challenge myself where I wanted.
I always look forward to Sunday evening Restore with Dragonfire. Her knowledge is so helpful in relaxing & releasing the tightness & arthritis in my hips & back. She is amazing! I’ve attended regular classes for over a year and I’m always impressed with excellent classes.
The staff is so friendly and I love being part of this community. Dragonfire is one of my favorite instructors here but they’re all wonderful! Always beautiful positive energy here! On days when I’m feeling blah or had a challenging day, my body and mind are transformed after a session ❤️
