First set of workouts as an official member today and I am HAPPY! I needed a way to get back in shape without having to spend HOURS at a traditional gym. 2-15 minute workouts at high infrared temperatures does the trick.
Clean and thankfully doesn’t smell like gym shorts like many other workout places do… Kind of a cross between a sauna and a yoga studio with high intensity training options and cross training. I like that typically I can have the sauna to myself, at least lately.
I absolutely love HOTWORX! As a functional medicine provider, I know how important detox, lymphatic support, and nervous system regulation are for overall health, and the infrared workouts here help support all three. I feel more energized, balanced, and notice the benefits to my body’s natural cleansing processes.
LOVE this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Starting a new work out can be intimidating, but they make it so exciting! You will sweat. No joke. Don't plan on a hot date immediately after working out since you will seriously earn the burn.

Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
