I can’t say enough good things about hotworx. I absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is always so clean. My favorite hiit workouts are hot cycle & hot blast. Hot thunder is okay just don’t burn as many calories as hot cycle & hot blast.
HOTWORX Peachtree City has become a sweet addiction!! I’ve enjoyed my two years of sweating it out. I love all of the classes. Each class challenges you in a different way. I’ve learned consistency is the key to my success. I’ve lost weight, my clothes fit better, many of my aches and pains are gone, and my skin glows.
It’s a pretty good spot to exercise and relax. My only concern is that they have just a few yoga classes in the afternoon, and they're full most of the time. The virtual instructors are helpful, but they can become boring at some point (replaying and replaying the same video).
Milly is an AMAZING instructor! I went in to learn how Hotworx works and ended up booking session. The facility has a friendly vibe, its clean, organized, and Handicap accessible! It's a great place for beginners as well as a more advanced fitness enthusiasts!

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
