Pros: open 24 hours even on holidays - less busy than the mainstream gym down the road (Vasa) - great for joints and isometric strength - super clean facility and free weight section which no one uses!
Absolutely love HOTWORXS! You can get a killer work out in 15 minutes from your choice of a cycle, elliptical or rowing machines. If you have time do a 45 minutes yoga session to really feel the burn. They have a variety of different 45 minute sessions.
This has been such a fun gym to go to for exercising! Me and my husband have memberships. I love that we can go to this gym anytime and usually have a whole sauna/workout to ourselves since I’ve always been self conscious at gyms. The facility is clean and the staff is really nice and helpful.
10/10 would recommend. I’ve been coming to Hotworx for over a year and it’s been a great fit for my routine especially after having kids. The infrared saunas make the workouts feel more efficient, and I like being able to choose between different styles depending on what I want that day.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
