I really enjoyed Hotworx Wellington. Kaid is an excellent manager, always helpful and responsive to emails or calls when needed - very friendly and welcoming as well. Sadly I had to stop my membership due to scheduling conflicts.
Hotworx wellington location is amazing!!! Besides Hotworx being great itself the staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. The staff makes hotworx feel like a second home. I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a mini gym/ hot studio to work out at.
The best place to workout while using an infrared sauna. Between all the workout videos plus infrared sauna my joints feel so good vs working out in a regular gym. They also have a weight room. The girls that work there are so welcoming too! Total bonus.
I love the Hotworx Wellington location! The staff are so welcoming and nice!! The price is also honestly so good for it being a 24/7 gym!! The owner really takes care of the members, and the general manager Sarah is so helpful & nice.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
