I've been a regular at HotWorx for the past three months, and I absolutely love my experience here, especially with the blast and cycle hot sessions. The flexibility HotWorx offers is what really makes it stand out for me, as the studio is open 24 hours, allowing me to fit my workouts into even the busiest days.
Coming from a girl that pretty much hates the gym. If it weren’t for the fact that I want to be healthy and live a long life, trust me… I wouldn’t go. My friend introduced me to HOTWORX and I must say at first it was a strong no. Who knows, I may have lost a bet to get me to go.
Great spot! The studio is clean, well-maintained, and the infrared workouts are next level. The staff is friendly, motivating, and super helpful. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and intensity.. I always leave feeling accomplished and refreshed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to switch up your fitness routine!

What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand.
