I am very impressed with the instructors and facility. The owner Kasia Kowalski takes pride in her studio and makes sure her members are always satisfied. Every class I have taken at House of Light Yoga and Wellness has qualified instructors who care about their students.
I have been coming here off and on for a couple of years and I have say that I have enjoyed all of my classes taken and the owner is absolutely wonderful and understanding but yesterday was a highlight, that is the reason for this review.
The studio is truly a place of peace and joy. I quote Kasia in saying that every time I go I feel like I am coming home, irrelevant to how long it’s been since my last visit.
House of Light Yoga has been a wonderful, healing, experience for me. I’ve been using the Halo bed to help with a respiratory problem that conventional medicine has been unable to help. It is beyond relaxing and has enabled my body to begin healing.
