What's on offer
From the reviews
What a STUNNING studio. Jacob's sculpt class was divine. He has a voice that immediately puts you at ease and a flow thatbkeepsbyou entirely engaged. I cant recommend this studio enough
I am an avid ID Hot Yoga fan. I am a regular at their Harlem location, but sometimes go to this location when it is more convenient. The people who work at the front desk are kind and attentive. The teachers help me tap into my strength and focus during class. The managers are great and very helpful!
Tricia and Kellie have done it again — a beautiful studio in a gorgeous neighborhood. The staff are so welcoming, the teachers easy to follow, and the class variety covers everything from strength to flow. Love it here.
I loved the energy in the room, very well structured and organized amazing teacher and staff, friendly and welcoming. After being out for about two years of doing hot yoga this was a good choice for me. I’ll be back !
Teacher training at ID Hot Yoga Meatpacking
ID Hot Yoga Meatpacking comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at ID Hot Yoga Meatpacking
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
