From the reviews
The teachers are all amazing, and every class I've taken has been challenging yet enjoyable. I'm still fairly new to yoga, but the classes at Inspire are definitely helping me to improve and grow. The owners are very welcoming, and they truly care about their clients and the experience that each attendee has.
Amazing experience! The space is beautiful! It is elegantly decorated, lighting and sound is perfect, the heated panels, everything! Despite it being my first time there ame not practicing yoga in some time, I felt very welcomed. I’ve only done one class and the class itself was great.
Absolutely love Mel, she’s the greatest yoga teacher I’ve ever had. Such a calming and beautiful environment like no other. And the heated classes will have you feeling like a brand new person. 1000/10 recommend!!!
I’ve practiced yoga faithfully for 15 years at many studios around Massachusetts, and I could not be more impressed and pleased with Inspire Yoga. I practice there every week in the heated power yoga class.
Your first hot yoga class at Inspire Yoga NB
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
