This studio is beautiful! Somehow managed to make heated classss still feel airy. Very welcoming and clean. Have been taking classes with Bella for a while- any class she teaches is amazing. My new favorite workout spot!
I have been attending classes at Movement Buffalo for about 3 months now and it has been nothing short of incredible. The instructors are all so kind and clearly care about each class they teach so much. They are all so knowledgeable about technique and explain the movements so well throughout class.

this place is a blessing to buffalo, i think it brought just what was needed into this city. the classes leave you feeling refreshed and sore (in the best way). i have been taking bella’s classes and let me say she’s so knowledgable and always has an amazing attitude for class and is always so happy to chat afterwards.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~95°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
