Highly recommended. While in town for business, I dropped in for multiple classes. The staff was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere has a great community feel. A quick thank you to my exceptional class instructors: Carolyn, Elizabeth, Heather, Mark, and Shannon.
Since my first class, One Tree has quickly become a daily part of my routine! I have been a casual yogi for several years, practicing at a few different studios and at home, but was never able to get into a consistent routine. Since my first class, I immediately knew I would be back often.
I love One Tree! The staff is so friendly and its a total judgment free zone! If you're unable to get fully into a pose, they always tell you how to modify to make it easier OR if you're looking for a challenge, that's usually offered up as well! For anyone looking to try it out, the first class is only $5.

Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
