What students say again and again
“She’s an amazing instructor—super knowledgeable, clear with her cues, and always makes the class feel welcoming and supportive.”
“Highly recommend checking out Logan’s OneFormer class at YogaSource!”
From the reviews
YogaSource not only has the best classes and instructors in the South Bay, but also offers an unparalleled sense of community. I come everyday and have been coming here for almost 10 years now.
YogaSource at the beginning of the year started offering reformer classes at their new studio. I have experience working with reformers in the past. I was excited to try it at YogaSource. So far, I've taken 10 classes with a number of different instructors and they have been fantastic.
I love the new OneFormer classes! I had never done a reformer class and found that the foundational classes are a great intro. I’m pretty clumsy so I was scared to try out the reformer but I was perfectly fine. I like that you can take a heated or non-heated class and the reformer room itself is gorgeous!!
Love the OneFormer classes at YogaSource, especially Logan’s class. She’s an amazing instructor—super knowledgeable, clear with her cues, and always makes the class feel welcoming and supportive. The workout is challenging but approachable, and I always leave feeling stronger and better than when I walked in.
Teacher training at OneFormer Pilates Los Gatos
OneFormer Pilates Los Gatos comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at OneFormer Pilates Los Gatos
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
