From the reviews
Great classes, I absolutely love the vibe of this hot yoga studio. It is very relaxing and the vibe is great to unwind. It does not feel like a super corporate/regulated/overly commercialized studio which I appreciate. The teachers are great and I felt amazing after my hot yoga class here.
I took a hot pilates class here about a week ago and I am going to apply for a membership package. I took the class with Penny and I absolutely loved it. The class was tough. It was a bit brutal (in a good way) but absolutely worth it. Penny is an excellent instructor.
I love taking classes at Pilates House. The instructors have great energy, and the classes always flow so well. I love how my body feels after classes, whether it’s a reformer class or a hot class. Big bonus is that the studio is so aesthetically pleasing. The design is simple and neutral, a very clean look.
Very nice Pilates studio. I took a hot mat class and also a traditional Pilates reformer class. Both were excellent. My instructor for the reformer class was Paige and she was great at explaining everything and leading a awesome class that was challenging and well thought out.
Your first hot yoga class at PILATES HOUSE
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
