From the reviews
Absolutely fantastic! We had a private class with Teri for our bachelorette weekend and she was phenomenal. She adjusted the class to our needs and differing skill levels. We ended up doing a blend of vinyasa followed by longer yin poses for our cool down.
I have had over 3,000 hours of yoga teacher training with very well-know teachers on the west coast. The teachers at Resilience I find to be exceptional in knowledge and correct alignment of poses. Everyone is welcoming, warm and friendly.
Awesome studio in town. Clean, great classes, pleasant people. Highly recommend for locals and visitors. Check out the week pass if you’re in town for a short time and need a studio away from home.
If you like hot yoga, go to Teri's hot vinyasa class!! We are so lucky to have such talented yoga teachers in small town Driggs. I love Brian and Lisa's classes too!
Your first hot yoga class at Resilience Yoga & Wellness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
