Beautiful Yoga space on the Eastside!!! This space is awesome, the instructors and community is top notch everyone is super welcoming. A beautiful serene front desk area welcomes you into a separate space for your belongings.
I signed up under a welcome package and after only a few visits, I'm hooked. It's a nice spacious, studio, with good lighting, a separate room to store your belongings, and most importantly it get's HOT. Instructors were welcoming, and eased any insecurities of being new to the yoga community.
Riise is an incredible new hot yoga studio that truly stands out! The space is modern, inviting, and has a great energy that makes every class an experience. The instructors are top-notch—knowledgeable, encouraging, and bring a fresh, dynamic vibe to every session.
RIISE Yoga on the east side of Bakersfield is an exceptional studio. From the moment you walk in, the space is beautiful and immediately gives off a warm, peaceful, and welcoming feeling. The atmosphere and community make it easy to feel comfortable and supported.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
