The styles they teach
“This studio has hot pilates in various formats, and while the choreography is challenging, it's super fun since the instructors build the movements around the beat of the music.”
“4 stars because i’m sore two days after so it worked somehow- but this is NOT a beginners gym.”

From the reviews
4 stars because i’m sore two days after so it worked somehow- but this is NOT a beginners gym. we jumped right in even though it was my first time, there was not help figuring out what to do, and i honestly think there was times where the workout was going at an unhealthily fast pase.
Alright ladies! I want to first compliment the studio for always being clean, on time and extremely friendly. I have taken 2 classes and have decided that I am going to be coming here for my heated mat pilates. After doing reformer pilates at two seperate places, I can assure you mat pilates is the way to go.
I’ve been doing classes at SHINE for over a year and still can’t get enough of it! I’m an early bird (6am classes) and can’t praise Tatum & Adam enough. They are my favorite instructors (but all the other instructors are amazing too!!!).
I saw a news story with WFAA and Shine Hot Pilates where they offered a free class for viewers. I have never done hot pilates before, but I signed up for a class. Naturally, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but all the anxiety quickly dissipated as soon as I met my instructor, Becca.
Your first hot yoga class at Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt - The Hill
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
