What's on offer
From the reviews
Steph’s Best: Fitness Edition! A ray of sunshine on an already bright or dull day, this retreat is an oasis in the unlikeliest of places - a newly constructed strip-mall (lots of parking, entry through the back) gracing Zionsville.
Sol hot yoga has the perfect yoga experience. The staff creates and environment that completely embodies all that yoga really is, the community, the space for meditation, the perfect environment and guide through the postures. I couldn’t recommend this studio with any higher regard.
I love how Matt, Sky, and team is very welcoming at every visit. You're not just a number. The Sol classes are very thorough, great pace and therapeutic. My favorite part is the cool compress on your head at the end of every class.
I’m loving both the Hatha and Vinyasa classes. As a former yoga teacher it’s so incredible to walk in to a space that feels so comfy so quickly. I’m 11 classes in and plan on being here twice a week!
Teacher training at Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co
Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Sol Hot Yoga Studio Co
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
