From the reviews

I used to do Bikram yoga (or 26 + 2) years ago very regularly. I decided to get back into a couple of weeks ago, but as someone who lives in Manayunk, I didn’t want to have to drive into the city and find parking, contend with unpredictable traffic, etc…The Bridge Hot Yoga has been a wonderful studio.

I've been practicing hot yoga for many years and was very sad when our local studio closed down. I heard through our community of hot yoga practioners that a new studio was opening in Narberth. I checked it out and love it ! Kaitlin's studio is small, informal, warm & welcoming.

An outstanding yoga studio for hot yoga, vinyasa, Ashtanga, yin, and more! The teaching staff is excellent and you will find yourself among wonderful people who share your love for yoga. Beginners are definitely welcome in this beautiful space.

I am taking Ashtanga class with Jean and Cassie! Both wonderful teachers! Although I wish that they do have evening class 🤭! Thank you Jean and Cassie!!

Your first hot yoga class at The Bridge Hot Yoga

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~100°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
