“Took my first sculpt class this morning with Kaitlin, and she was amazing!”
What's on offer
From the reviews
Kaitlin was amazing!! She was super motivating, clear with cues, and the class flowed really well. The music was great and kept the energy high the whole time. Happy there are specific placements for mat spacing on the floor, and I appreciate the complementary towel and cold towel.
I have been going to the format since the fall & both studios are AMAZING. Every part of the studio is intentional the staff are so kind & helpful! I really needed a place to turn my brain off & get a good workout in & it’s seriously been such a big blessing!
The staff was super friendly. Studio is beautiful! Presley was excellent. She asked if I had any injuries before class started. She shared what I could expect and how I could modify. The class is challenging but you can go at your pace. Sadly I'm only visiting town, otherwise I would love to go back.
Took my first sculpt class this morning with Kaitlin, and she was amazing!! She was clear on her cues + really motivating, and the class was a lot of fun! Music was great too :) I can't wait to take more classes, and I love being close by!
Your first hot yoga class at The Format Fitness Nashville
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
