From the reviews
I am newer to yoga and am trying to get into it a lot more. I started my yoga experience at this yoga studio. Took three classes with three different instructors. All three were very welcoming and helpful to my lack of flexibility and lack of knowledge of terms and positions.
Heated Power Vinyasa with Nikki Rattinger is next-level. The perfect mix of intensity and flow—great music, smart sequencing, and an energy that leaves you drenched, recharged, and buzzing long after class.
As a new but dedicated yogi who became a regular at The Yoga Society in Palm Beach, I wanted to shine a light on Nikki Rattenger, who I can honestly say changed my perspective and relationship with yoga.
I love the studio and the practices very much. The instructors are inspiring and depths individuals is hard to say who is my favorite teacher all them are great. Love every class and my workout gets done. I really see how on each practice my body and mind are progressing!
Your first hot yoga class at The Yoga Society WPB
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
