My mom and I have come to True Hot Yoga for years—it's a true sanctuary in Scottsdale and I always leave feeling energized and ready for whatever the day throws at me. For my mom's birthday this year I requested a private yoga class for her and her cousin.
This place has been my main form of self care since 2020. Teachers have been the same the whole time and consistently top tier with music choice, professionalism and vibe creation. Heidi and Gina are my go to girls but the owner Patty is great too she keeps her classes HOT.
Best in the area. Heidi is my favorite instructor though all instructors are awesome. Due to a tragedy in my family, I had to step back however I look forward to attending class when I’m ready. I highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to True Hot Yoga for almost a decade, and after years of traveling for work and visiting studios across AZ, CA, MO, and TX, I can confidently say this is my favorite yoga studio anywhere. If you love a truly hot class, you’ll be in heaven here — the heat and intensity are perfect.
