From the reviews
Overall gym as like any other Gym, nothing special. But lil uncomfortable watching how others peeing while you getting dressed, and sauna is unisex (men n women mixed use), and no shower close to sauna to get refreshed with cold water. Sauna is decent, not that hot, but enough to get sweaty.
I canceled my membership to this gym in the past when it first opened because there were various issues (crowded, equipment hogging, etc) that just made going here inconvenient for me.
If you ever want to know whether a business cares about their customers, check if they respond to their bad reviews. This is not a bad review. It’s how I truly feel about VASA Tonight was my first visit to VASA Fitness, and I truly did not know what to expect.
I love all the studio classes. You can't miss with any of the coaches. They are all different, but will push, guide and help you no matter where to at run your fitness journey. In Studio Red at 6am on Thursdays Dr. Muriel will push you to limits that you didn't know you could reach.
Your first hot yoga class at VASA Fitness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
