From the reviews
My sibling who lives in another state recommended Vitality Method Studio because their instructor recommended Joel Crosby as a Pilates instructor. I've had a few private sessions with Joel, and wow, this guy is incredible. Lucky for me, he just opened this new studio in Snellville.
Alice (Wishni) is an incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and adaptive instructor. I had lower back issues and needed to increase core strength as well as increase flexibility & range of motion… Alice patiently worked with me to build a foundation of functional movement that has virtually eliminated my lower back…
I got into Pilates, thinking I would just give it a try. After a few short weeks, I realized how much it was benefiting me. I lost an inch and a half in my waist and no longer get fatigued after playing a round of golf. And due to the flexibility training, my golf game has improved significantly.
I decided to try Pilates about 12 yrs ago after hearing about Vitality Method Studio. After my first class I was hooked and continue with it 3-4x/wk. tho we are no longer in the area. Joel, Kim, & Linda are excellent instructors.
Your first hot yoga class at Vitality Method Studio, Duluth and Lawrenceville
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
