Updated review Jan 2018. I have so many great things to say about this place. The first time I came, there was a small issue that was taken care of right away. My insurance covers me attending yoga through a program and this is my choice of studios.
I am super ecstatic that I started yoga in December it was just something for me to get out of the house but I have come to love Vivify yoga studio and it’s instructors. It has a calming ambience relaxing and my happy place.
This is seriously the best yoga studio in Rio Rancho! I am college student and they have a student rate which is awesome and very affordable! All of the instructors here are absolutely amazing and every time I leave Vivify I always want to get better in my practice .
I tried out numerous yoga studios in the Albuquerque area and found my home in Vivify. The staff are all knowledgeable, fun, unique, engaging, and caring. The community feel of the studio is unrivaled. I love the variety of classes they offer and the different timelines available.

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
