From the reviews
I will never forget how warmly I was welcomed the first time walking into the studio in August 2021. The kindness, the fresh scent of essential oils and cleanliness was impressive. Wasn’t really sure what to expect as I was new to the area and exploring each of the local businesses in the complex.
First tried Vybe5 during a free ClassPass trial. It's a total 180 from the HIIT training I've done for the past 10 years. You do this class barefoot on a yoga mat (bring your own!). I wasn't familiar with infrared fitness but learned that means it's hot in there. I'm typically don't enjoy yoga.
When I first moved to the north Texas area, I tried out many gyms in search of something that would keep me fit but also have that community feel where everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and non judge mental. I probably tried 10+ studios but kept coming back to VYBE5!
I have been going to this gym exclusively for a couple months now and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the classes. The combination of the weekly-changing yoga routine, cardio, and strength training keeps the class interesting and both physically and mentally challenging.
Your first hot yoga class at VYBE 5- Infrared Fitness
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
