From the reviews
Went to the Wednesday evening hot yoga class and it was awesome! Beverly is very friendly and inviting and immediately makes you feel welcome in her studio. The studio itself is clean and tidy offering a restroom in the back with cubbies for your personal belongings.
This is one of my favorite yoga studios in the area. The teachers and the students stretch across many different age groups and thats not something I see in all studios. The space is clean, just the right temperature and offers a class style for every learner. Highly recommend a visit the WhYoga!
The instructor is very knowledgeable & very nice. Bev is always there to make sure you're in the poses correctly. Studio is clean & comfortable. Great place to Begin are continue your yoga practice.
Love WhYoga! There are different instructors and all level classes. It's super clean, beautiful inside and everyone is so welcoming. I always feel better after a class here. I first went, not ever have done yoga or knowing what to expect. This is an awesome yoga studio for any level yogi! 🙏
Teacher training at WhYoga
WhYoga comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at WhYoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
