I’m a big fan of Worthy Self Care and so excited for Worthy Breath & Body to open. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and inspiring space. The instructors are truly top-notch, and the classes are thoughtful and uplifting. Highly recommend.
Just finished my first I Am Powerful class at Worthy Breath and Body led by Alison. It was amazing! I found it to be a challenging workout with the added infrared heat. My blood was pumping! I very much enjoyed the structure and pace of the class. The space is incredibly beautiful and welcoming. Will be back for sure!
Love this place! Beautiful design, intentional details, top notch instructors, great variety of classes. Infrared panels create the perfect temperature. Free street parking is easy to find. Mats and towels are complimentary. Shower on site if needed. A true local gem! Highly recommend!

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
