From the reviews
I have been coming to this yoga studio for close to 10 years. I love its consistency, its cleanliness, its beauty and especially Manny. Bikram Yoga HK is the most consistent routine I have in my life. Even when I take time off when I come back the practice is strong and steady.
Amazing staff that are super helpful with me getting registered into the classes. I'm excited to have found a perfect spot to practice yoga again. After meeting with the instructors prior to my first class, I feel even more relaxed knowing I can get back on track with so many classes to choose from.
The studio is amazing and the owner/teacher provides bikram yoga that is authentic and for experienced students. It was exactly what I needed for a brief family visit. It’s tucked away on the 2nd floor of the Koko Marina shopping center. A must studio if your looking for bikram yoga!! 🤙🏼
I hust had a class with Miho,, She is a great teacher it was a one hour class it was a mix of flow yoga with a few Bikram postures in a heated room one hour long she teaches Thursdays and Sundays at 11 AM I will be coming to this class more often I highly recommend it
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga & Art by SheBrews Aloha
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
