From the reviews
Took a Power Flow Vinyasa class with Natasha today (my first ever class with Yoga Box and first class in over 2 years). The class was completely full but there was room for everyone. I love the little black stickers they put on the ground so everyone is spaced appropriately!
Ohhh yoga box… how I love her. The instructors are top notch, music always slays and the classes hit the spot every time. I walk in feeling one way and leave feeling rejuvenated, strong and like I’ve had a killer workout.
Yoga Box is great! It really is because of how wonderful the instructors are! Each instructor I meet I’m amazed at their kindness, consideration, and support for everyone on their yoga experience. The amenities feel clean and I appreciate the equipment and other necessities they offer to guests.
I love YogaBox and everyone who’s a part of it! I even stopped doing my weekly blowouts because I enjoy sweating and getting my mind right here. My favorite instructors so far have been Anthony, Paris, and an amazing instructor from Texas (I wish I could remember her name!)
Teacher training at Yoga Box
Yoga Box comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga Box
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
