I usually take Yoga back home but that week I was in Denver for a couple a days though I give this studio try and it did not disappoint. Since I was new I got take two classes for free out of three. I love the sessions lots positive vibes.
I cannot stop raving about Yoga Box!! The instructors are incredible, the sculpt classes are such a great workout and I love how all the classes are unique. The music is great and I always feel like I leave in a better mental space! A bunch of my girlfriends go now and we love going to classes together.
