An oasis of wellness in the desert! I visited Yoga Cold Bath for the first time yesterday and spent an hour there trying the circuit: sitting in the green light room with a red light mask, moving onward to sweat in the medium sauna, showering and then sitting in a cold plunge for a minute, and soaking in the salt…
I’m so excited to have discovered Yoga Cold Bath! The facility is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and super helpful. I really enjoy doing Yoga and then the cold/hot circuit. The green room is also so relaxing and helps my circulation. This is now my new weekly self-care routine!
So excited this gem opened by my house! I went to a yoga class with Katy. She was so sweet and the class was incredible! I did the circuit as well and it was my first time ever doing a cold plunge. The whole experience was great, the team was so helpful, and the owners were awesome and so involved.
Attended a Sunday Yin Yoga class and had a really nice experience. The instructor led us through a sequence of postures to work out energetic blocks and make space for the body to do what it does, heal. Thank you for being there and offering this wonderful guided practice. Namaste
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga Cold Bath
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
