From the reviews
I loved Dina's class. She has a unique capability to make her students feel very relaxed and at the same time challenging with beautifully mindful yoga sequences. I feel very calm, energized after her class. It is great for yogis at all stages. Come and try her class and you will feel the love.
Great environment, knowledgeable instructors and general emphasis on injury prevention. This is NOT a sweaty power yoga outfit established to maximize profits. It is a mindfully run studio and a place that supports all aspects of your journey. The community is very welcoming and supportive.
Attended Sue Choi’s class today and just loved it. Slow flow. Sue does a wonderful job teaching. She attentive and has a thoughtful combination of poses. Very clean yoga studio, kind and welcoming instructors, each session helps me stretch my body so it feels good. My expectations are exceeded every time.
This is my all time favorite yoga studio, I love being greeted with a smile, also it's awesome to buy a package that doesn't expire :-). The teacher's here are caring and always make me feel safe when I practice. I highly recommend Andi the owner and Janya who teaches Yin Yoga on Fridays.
Your first hot yoga class at Yoga of Los Altos
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
