Awesome studio!! I have visited this studio when I come into town to visit family. I come from a larger city and I find it difficult to find yoga classes that have experienced teachers (I do realized that’s snobbish), but this studio challenges me and is worth the 40 minute drive from where I’m staying.
Came to Erie for few days from Tampa and went to yoga Erie ! It started with a warm welcome from owner and her staff , the space was ultra clean and very well run . I had a wonderful time and sweated it out . Will be back next trip to Erie ❤️
Fantastic studio! The owner, Jill, is so sweet and a great instructor!! Special shoutout to Heather Kloecker for her fun yet challenging classes with great music 😊
After having some serious life events occur over the past 6 months, life made me reevaluate where I stood as a person. I am a 100% disabled Veteran from multiple tours. I never really had a chance to heal from any of the nonsense that occurred while in service.
Your first hot yoga class at yogaErie
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
