From the reviews
This is, by far, the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are not only dedicated, professional, friendly, and encouraging, they are true experts and enthusiastic practitioners themselves.
Yogaflex studio is extremely clean which is very important to me. Room temperature is hot as it should be. Towels and mats are available for rent. Like many people who are not educated in the discipline of yoga I underestimated the level of cardiovascular activity during these classes.
Ngl the the hot yoga here was HARD. I feel like their room was hotter than other yoga studios, but it was very good. I felt so defeated during class, but the instructor was kind and supportive (blonde lady). I was so amazed when I came home and felt so focused and relaxed.
I joined my first hot yoga class today, and I would highly recommend this as someone new to yoga!! It was such a great experience, instructors are clear and easy to follow along with, and you are free to go at your own pace without judgement. I’m excited to go back!
Your first hot yoga class at Yogaflex LLC
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
