Really nice class! I did the slow flow since it was my first class at this studio and it didn’t disappoint. It was nice but challenging. The instructor guy was amazing, very clear with instructions. Definitely will be back.
I am returning to studio practice after a six year absence. Imagine my delight with my first visit to YogaSix Clermont. Crystal is the perfect person to greet you as you enter. She is warm, professional and spends time sharing pkgs and plans. No pressure. Members were quick with a Hello and Introduction.
I started at YogaSix just a week ago and have already taken four classes at different times and schedules—and every experience has been excellent. The classes are consistently high quality, the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and the staff is genuinely welcoming.
Classes and instructions are great! Phenomenal teaching from all the teachers but Tami In particular goes above and beyond to help you center, ground and relax! She literally melts away the stress and allows your muscles to relax and lengthen!
