Zen Space Wellness Studios is like a breath of fresh air. Their one stop shop to wellness approach is very efficient and convenient. I am a cancer survivor, and live with an array or side effects that has devastated my body. My palliative care doctor suggested that I start yoga, I was very nervous to start.
We love that Zen Wellness is so complete with its offerings and the people are truly the nicest caring group. We started off at Kilkenny Chiropractic (Dr Liz) then started getting waxing services with Honeycomb Waxing (Demi) then we added yoga and now some heat therapy and there's still so much more.
I recently attended my first sound bath class at Zen space, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere and welcoming coach, Stephanie, made me feel at ease.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
