The styles they teach
“But for practitioners finding traditional hot yoga either insufficiently challenging or potentially harmful, 110 Hot Yoga offers compelling middle ground.”
“I was hesitant to take their hot flow class as it has been over a year since I took a yoga class in person.”
“The classes focus on proper alignment and the instructors do a great job making sure the classes are accessible for beginners, but still have opportunities for more advanced poses.”
What's on offer
“At $25 per class, pricing aligns with premium studios while the comprehensive approach—including amazing bathrooms with showers—justifies investment.”
What students say again and again
“The vibes are immaculate in each class I have taken so far (I have taken classes from Matt, Daniella, and Juliana and all of them are fantastic).”

“The family-friendly atmosphere welcomes all ages, though the approach skews toward practitioners seeking functional improvement over spiritual awakening.”
“Also, the classes are extremely affordable and they even off free community classes from time to time.”
From the reviews
At 110 Hot Yoga Durham, the dress code is decidedly different. Forget flowing yoga pants and inspirational tank tops—students arrive in technical sports bras, moisture-wicking leggings, and performance fabrics that wouldn't look out of place at CrossFit.
The fact that 110 Hot Yoga gives back to the community by offering classes that are financially accessible is why they deserve a 5 star review. So many other studios only offer free or donation-based classes as a marketing ploy to get you hooked and then you have to pay for a membership if you want any more classes.
I enjoy checking out different yoga studios. This one has very wholesome vibes! I think that’s the only way I could describe it! I’ve attended only a few classes but so far great for a few reasons - the teachers take time to demonstrate before class begins.
This yoga studio is excellent and exceeded all of my expectations. The vibes are immaculate in each class I have taken so far (I have taken classes from Matt, Daniella, and Juliana and all of them are fantastic). I am a seasoned yogi and have been a member of several studios over the years (Red Room, CorePower, etc.
Teacher training at 110 Hot Yoga
110 Hot Yoga comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at 110 Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
