From the reviews
My daughter and I visited from Bend and were so well taken care of with a mat, towel, and shower. In addition to wonderful hospitality from the staff - the class was EXCELLENT.
I've been attending this studio daily for over two years now and it has truly been a transformative experience. The instructors are consistently wonderful, offering insightful guidance and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
This studio has became my sanctuary. The instructors offer so many different types of flows as well as their own twist, but no matter what, I always leave feeling grateful for this practice. The classes range from yin/ flow and restore, to more intense styles of flow like power flows and primal flows.
Love this studio! Had a great Yin Yang class tonight with Hillary. It was a full class but she’s great at connecting with everyone and giving excellent cues and proving info on the benefits of the movements. All the instructors are great, each unique and welcoming in their guidance.
Your first hot yoga class at Ashland Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel (or rent them here), water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
