The styles they teach
“I'm also a big fan of Bikram, the sequence, the heat, the whole experience is exactly what | love.”
“I’m someone who thrives on structure, so the set sequence works perfectly for me, but I also love that I can mix things up anytime with a hot Pilates class.”

From the reviews
I have been attending Biltmore Yoga Studio for over 12 years, through multiple business owners, and I have remained loyal for one simple reason, it feels like home. From the inviting, grounding atmosphere to the incredibly experienced teachers, this studio has been a constant in my life.
Love this studio. I was at a class today and someone had a bad attitude towards the instructor. She tried to de-escalate by walking away. This person continued their rant. It was so beautiful to see how the entire class supported the instructor and asked the disruptor to leave.
I’ve been coming to this studio for years, and I definitely recommend it! The teachers are so knowledgeable and considerate. They take time to make sure every student is comfortable. This is a great studio for any skill level, beginners or if have been doing yoga for years there is space for you here.
Edit to original review: They really listened to my previous review about classes being too packed sometimes. I appreciate the effort to try and make the experience more enjoyable for those who have booked already. This studio is great and I love to see a conscious effort being made based off of reviews.
Your first hot yoga class at Biltmore Hot Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
