From the reviews
I am a beyond happy with my experience at this hot workout studio! The staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous and makes you want to stay forever! The hot classes, like hot yoga, are intense but so rewarding – I always feel so great and refreshed afterwards.
The absolute best studio in the world. All the instructors are phenomenal and the members are equally amazing. Feels more like a community where everyone is welcome. I’ve lost over 70lbs working out here. They have great variety of classes and class times that make it so easy to work with your busy schedule.
My first time and I got an incredible workout and was drenched with sweat when I left! I think I deserve a cheeseburger now! My good friend, Bianca, was auditioning to become an instructor, so I came to support her and I was surprised that it was her first time teaching a class! She rocked it!! Will be back for sure!
If you haven’t tried a class at Body Heat, you definitely need to! I have been a member since 2018 and I honestly love this place. You can feel the energy as soon as you walk in the front door. The gals at the front desk are so welcoming and always greet everyone with a smile.
Your first hot yoga class at Body Heat Hot Pilates & Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
