The styles they teach
“The Inferno Pilates class will make you sweat more than you ever have in your life and you WILL be sore the next day.”
“Thank you Jimmy for creating that welcoming atmosphere for your inferno hot Pilates class!”
What students say again and again
“If you would like to experience an excellent inferno pilates session, I highly recommend one with Jimmy.”
From the reviews
Jimmy has a real passion for what he does. He is consistent in making sure your form is correct and that you are listening to your body. From the encouragement, to the music, the spirit, and the cool lavender towels after your session. I couldn’t have imagined a better environment.
My daughter and I had a wonderful, gentle flow class with Jimmy. I am practically bionic with both knees and both hips replaced, so my capacity for up and down is somewhat compromised. He designed a floor flow class that worked beautifully. He also heated the studio to 95 degrees, so everything loosened up beautifully.
Jimmy's Inferno Pilates classes are amazing! I've been attending for a few months, and it's been an incredible experience. The workouts are intense, the energy is unmatched, and his playlists keep you going. He provides everything you need—including a refreshing cold lavender cloth at the end.
What an incredible BONUS to have a yoga and fitness studio attached to the B&B I stayed at in Woodstock VT! The owner and instructor Jimmy was AMAZING and his playlists were FIRE!!! My friends and I were there to celebrate a birthday and Jimmy went out of his way to make our classes fun, challenging and MORE FUN!
Your first hot yoga class at Boss Yoga & Pilates
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
