From the reviews

My two visits ai tried the Slow Flow with Gervonte who was a such fantastic instructor! All of the poses were balanced and at the perfect pace. Even his play list was so calming. The week prior I took Angelica's Slow Flow which was a faster bit more intense pace..

Bring It Om is the best hot yoga studio in Atlanta! I’ve been to several other local studios, but I’ve found coming here on a regular basis has completely changed my practice and my physical fitness. I feel stronger than I’ve ever been after adding their Power Flow classes to my routine.

Bring it om is welcoming and a great place to practice yoga at all levels and types. Every instructor is incredible and I’ve learned so much from all of them. I have been consistently going to Hadley and Chris’s hot power flow classes for almost 2 years because they are so well thought-out and intentional, (and so are…

Teacher training at Bring It Om® Yoga Studio

Bring It Om® Yoga Studio comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.

Your first hot yoga class at Bring It Om® Yoga Studio

Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated to around ~95°F, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.

Heat and intense exercise aren't right for everyone — if you're pregnant or have heart, blood-pressure, or other health concerns, check with a doctor before your first hot class.
