I absolutely LOVE Booty Boot Camp on Monday evenings with Jazmine & Sonia simply extraordinary! Their energy & motivation are unmatched. They make the class so much fun while still pushing you to give your best.
Great place to call home for those who have a commitment to healthy lifestyles. Best value membership is a 1 year contract which keeps members accountable to themselves. The facility is clean and very spacious. At peak hours the gym manages to stays crowd free.
I love this gym. Been a member for over 3 years. There's always space for you to workout even if a machine is being used you will always find another machine available. They also have new equipment that you won't find at other gyms. This place is huge too.
I've worked out at several different gyms and I always come running back to this one. I've been going to this gym since 2017 and I'm still enjoying it. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere that gets you in the mood for a great workout.

What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
