From the reviews
I've visited and attended two classes and each visit was awesome! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone because I've attended another place before but I prefer Creating Space Yoga as they have a more convenient location, lots of parking space, friendly and warm staff and spacious studio. I love it!
It was important to me when I picked a Yoga studio that I felt comfortable, with no judgement and be able to learn at my own pace. I always look forward to the classes, all the instructors are great and share their passion for Yoga and commitment to the students. This is such a welcoming place to go.
My introduction to this studio was in the middle of the pandemic so I was attending virtual classes. I liked the variety of styles of the different instructors. It's great for all levels of experience and the teachers are very good at offering ways to build onto and into each position to meet you where you are that…
I love this yoga studio! The classes are great! There are relaxing and slow paced classes, nice flow classes and then extreme workout yoga so everyone can find their place here. The environment is very peaceful, calm and relaxing! There are nice, clean bathrooms with showers which is a nice perk.
Your first hot yoga class at Creating Space Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
