From the reviews
Very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The teachers I've met and taken classes with are all fantastic - Molly, Cara and Erica. They each add their own touch to the classes and make it fun even when you're tired and dripping with sweat! They are also very encouraging no matter what level you're on.
I took a yoga class a long time ago. The people where not very welcoming so it kind of put me off from trying it again but I saw an add for an up coming hot yoga for runners and I am a runner so I thought I will give it another try. The yoga instructor awesome!!!
Love this studio so much- love Mollie, Cara & the instructors even more ! Everyone is so welcoming & willing to help you work on whatever you may be facing/working on. This studio is perfectly heated- not too hot, not too humid.
I just visited on a Thursday morning for class with Brooke - this is a lovely place to practice - it is heated - but not obnoxiously so - I think the room was about 90-95 degrees during our 1 hour vinyasa flow - definitely will get you a good sweat - but I never felt short of breath or excessively hot..
Your first hot yoga class at Creative Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
