From the reviews
Element Yoga is the best yoga studio in Sandy Springs., GA. I love all my instructors, Zack for breathing and restore yoga, Lauren and Georgia for Barre and stretching, Cass for Yen and Kyle for Yoga with relaxation
Natalie did a wonderful job teaching to the diverse experience levels in the class. Cues were on point (I mean, lift the beach ball off your back. I’m stealing that. Simple + effective. ✅ ) Sequence was unique, without being over complicated. Music is always on 🔥! I’m used to a 97 degree room and moving at turbo speed.
Clean, accessible & no frills studio. So welcoming and great variety of classes offered with quality teachers that offer various levels of challenge. Personally I love Melanie’s flow & chill class and power flow with Craig.
Have taken a few different classes using their 2-week new student special and I've really enjoyed them. Heat level of the heated classes is nice, the flows are very balanced (good mix of strength & flexibility), and the staff has been lovely.
Teacher training at Element Yoga
Element Yoga comes up for teacher training — confirmed on their own site. If you're thinking about becoming an instructor, a few things are worth asking up front. First, which certification the program leads to — most hot-yoga trainings are Yoga Alliance registered (RYT-200 or RYT-500), and the style matters: a Bikram or hot-power lineage trains differently than a hot-vinyasa or sculpt one. Second, the schedule and prerequisites — cohorts often run in intensive weekend blocks or over several months, and many studios want you practicing regularly there first. Third, cost and payment plans, and whether tuition includes an unlimited membership for the training period. Teacher training is a real commitment of time and money, so it's worth a call or an info session before you enroll.
Your first hot yoga class at Element Yoga
Nervous about your first hot class? Almost everyone is, and a good studio expects beginners to walk in the door. Here's what to know. What to expect: the room is heated, so it feels intense for the first few minutes — rest in child's pose any time you need to, no one will bat an eye. Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes — there are showers on site; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
