I’m loving HOTWORX so far!! Started in Dec 2023 and I’ve already lost 9 pounds within 2-3 weeks! Really enjoy the privacy of the saunas. I’ve never been big on working out and this is the first time I’ve consistently worked out.
I have been coming to this HotWorx location for almost 4 years and once the original owner sold this location the gym has not been up to par! I must say in the last few months I have definitely seen a major improvement, with the working equipment, the improvement and cleanliness of the facility and studios.
The studio is so clean and the energy is amazing! Staff is sooo kind and informative, always ready to help me out when I need something. The workouts are amazing. I’ve seen such a positive change in my fitness but also mental health with the infrared benefits!
I signed up for Hotworx right on the spot! Destiny and staff were very pleasant and provided all the info needed during my sign up process. They were not pushy like other gyms to sign up and I really liked that. The studio is very clean and you get a great burn. I’m super excited about my new fitness activity.

Hydrate: drink water through the day before class, not just as you arrive, and bring a bottle. What to bring: a mat and towel, water, and a change of clothes; wear something light you don't mind sweating through, and skip a heavy meal in the couple of hours beforehand. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign in and set up. It gets easier fast — most people say their third class feels completely different from their first.
