s, clean studio with great lighting. The class schedule is excellent and offers plenty of options. Parking is convenient, though it can feel a little unsettling in the evening. I’ve taken eight classes with 5 instructors here, and it seems like the sessions follow a fairly scripted routine.
HighlandYoga is an excellent program. I was looking for some time for a hot yoga studio and am so happy that I came across HighlandYoga. Studio is clean, instructors are engaged, there are many classes offered every day from morning to evening, including both weekend days, booking is super easy.
I’ve been practicing at multiple Highland Yoga locations consistently for the last 3 years and I LOVE it!! Such a welcoming, caring and calm environment each and every time I step into one of their studios for a class.
I am new to Georgia but not new to yoga. I have been teaching hot yoga for several years and was looking for the right fit. From the first class this studio is everything I was looking for. Great instructors, great format and as challenging as you want it to be. I haven’t missed a day yet I love it so much!
